Marla graduated from Allied Health Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and became a licensed massage therapist in 2012.
"I love massage therapy, and the education I received sent me down a path of personal health and wellness."
Marla has earned additional certifications in Table-top Thai Massage, Structural Integration and Microcurrent Point Stimulation therapy. In 2019 Marla moved to Oregon, where she continues her work as a massage therapist. She enjoys helping clients find and correct postural imbalances and repetitive stress patterns that contribute to chronic pain as well as demonstrating stretching and self care techniques.

Darian trained at East West College and graduated in 2014 as a certified LMT. Her background began with work alongside chiropractors and physical therapists for three years in order to increase her knowledge and skills in the world of medical massage.
After that she worked in a health spa for two years to find a balanced approach between healing and relaxing, so that each and every massage is a complete and well-rounded experience.
"I love having the opportunity to help people improve their health and their life, whether it's through stress relief or pain relief"
Darian specializes in mostly deep tissue massage, working with the underlying muscles in order to reach the root of each client's specific issue. She makes sure to look at the body as a whole when treating clients to solve the problem at the source instead of only treating the symptoms.
Soo graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in April of 2015. She specializes in therapeutic massage. At East West College, she studied neuromuscular therapy and craniosacral therapy in addition to Swedish, deep tissue and treatment planning. She incorporate these modalities as well as other treatment techniques to create a massage and bodywork treatment tailored to each individual client based on their goals and concerns.
Her most recent advanced training is in Vodder Lymphatic Drainage and combined Decongestive Therapy. This modality is known for enhancing fluid movement in the skin, promoting lymphatic drainage for deep relaxation to the nervous system; and is an excellent therapy for patients experiencing swelling due to congested tissues from blood pressure issues or oncology treatments.
Willa is taking a leave of absence after celebrating 5 years of partnering with Integrity Bodyworks. We look forward to her eventual return.
Willa's work is a combination of muscular knowledge and a keen intuition. She uses firm, intentional strokes which help to promote relaxation and awareness within the body. She believes that one of the best ways to assist her clients is to provide a safe space for them to let go of their daily worries and connect within their body; once this happens, natural and holistic healing can begin to take place.
"I love being in a field which allows me to provide people relief from pain and increase well-being. I love to witness the transformation that can take place between when a client first comes to see me and when they are leaving a session."
Caitlyn is taking a leave of absence after celebrating 2 years of partnering with Integrity Bodyworks. We look forward to her eventual return.

Caitlyn has experience in both chiropractic and spa environments working with a wide range of clientele. Caitlyn holds advanced certificates in Pre-and Perinatal Massage Therapy and Fire Cupping.
"I believe that in this stressful world there is a great need for the therapeutic benefits of relaxation, and once a person lets go of what is causing them stress then I can work with their body to help it heal itself."
